Dr. Allan Charles is a distinguished periodontist with over 50 years of experience providing top-quality periodontal care in Pasadena. A leader in dental education locally and nationally, Dr. Charles is a graduate of the University of Illinois and holds a Certificate in Periodontics from the University of Southern California. He served as an associate clinical professor and director of Junior and Senior Periodontal Clinics during his time at USC and has been a sought-after lecturer at prestigious organizations such as the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Periodontology.
Dr. Charles has been involved in clinically based research, mentored dental interns, and served in leadership roles including Trustee of the American Academy of Periodontology and President of the California Society of Periodontists. He is a pioneer in computer planning for implant surgery, resulting in precise and minimally invasive procedures for optimal patient outcomes. Invited to participate in The Dental Quality Alliance, Dr. Charles's commitment to advancing periodontal care and expertise in the field make him a trusted and respected professional in the dental community.
